Sarcoïdes is benign tumors of the skin which do not lead spontaneously an immunological réation on behalf of the body.
The application of the cream on a sarcoïde provokes a stimulation of the immunizing reactions and leads this hostile reaction.
During this process, a passing pain and an erythema can sometimes appear. The influx leucocytaire at the level of the tumor is translated by an inflammatory reaction which leads to a destruction of the tumor, generally in four in six days. Désséchée, it gets loose then rather easily from the skin.

Posology:
When a bandage can be put on the tumor after the topique, a single application is generally sufficient. One second is necessary if, in the retreat(withdrawal) of the bandage, the four in six days later, the tumor does not get loose rather easily.
When the pose of a bandage is impossible, the cream is daily applied during four in six days until the drying out of the sarcoïde. If this deadline is not sufficient, the daily application is renewed after a suspension of four days.
