FRONTLINE ® is a treatment which kills fleas and ticks by contact of the parasite with the medicine deposited on the skin of your animal.
After application, FRONTLINE® does not pass in the blood of your animal but concentrates in the sebum of the skin of this one and is so stored in the sebaceous glands. FRONTLINE® is thus characterized by a storage for several weeks after the application, conferring its resistance on the rain, on the baths and on the shampooes. Fleas and ticks are killed in the contact of the insecticidal molecule / acaricide on the skin of your animal.
FRONTLINE® acts on the nervous system of the parasites who die by nervous hyperexcitement.
FRONTLINE combo® assures a second security against fleas: it contains a regulator of growth of insects. This one prevents the infestation of the housing environment by eggs possibly laid before the death of the flea.
